Submit photos or video

This page is for submitting added information to cases, including added details, photos, screenshots, or video evidence related to U.S. immigration enforcement activity (agents, vehicles, facilities, incidents, operations, raids, arrests, detention events, abuse, misconduct, or public-facing propaganda).

If you have something to share, you can:

  • submit it through our form (preferred), or
  • upload a file directly to the wiki (if you have an account and permissions).

Use the submission form (preferred)

Submit here: ICE List:Submit media form

Use this option if you want to share:

  • a video link (TikTok / X / Instagram / YouTube / Facebook / news clip)
  • screenshots or still frames from a video
  • photos of agents, uniforms, vehicles, facilities, paperwork, or signage
  • anything you want us to review and attach to the correct incident/agent/vehicle page
  • additional information related to an agent, vehicle, incident or facility

What to include

To make your submission useful fast, include as much of the following as you can:

  • Where it happened (city + state, and any specific location details)
  • When it happened (date, and time if known)
  • What we are seeing (what the agents are doing; what the context is)
  • Which agency it appears to be (ICE / ERO / HSI / CBP / Border Patrol / local partner), if you know
  • Source link (original post / article / platform link), if applicable
  • Anything identifying (badges, name tape, patches, vehicle plates, unit markings, facility signage)

Safety and privacy

We publish evidence to document state activity. We do not want private personal information about civilians.

Please avoid submitting:

  • home addresses, phone numbers, personal emails
  • faces of minors
  • anything that could expose a private individual who is not acting in an official capacity

If your media includes sensitive information, submit it anyway and note that it needs redaction — we’ll handle it.

Image rules

Before uploading, review: ICE List Wiki:Image Rules

What happens after you submit

  • We review the media and confirm what it shows.
  • If it matches an existing entry, we attach it to the correct page(s).
  • If it documents a new event, we create an incident page and link it properly.
  • If it helps identify an agent/vehicle/facility, we update those pages and note the evidence.
