Full description

Witness accounts state that ICE personnel stopped a resident near Chapel Hill Road and North East Maynard Road in Cary. The person was detained, placed in an unmarked vehicle, and driven away from the initial location. After ICE officers checked the individual’s legal status, they reportedly released them two miles from their job site.

Video stills show one agent in tactical gear wearing a vest with multiple patches, a radio, and a utility belt. No local law enforcement are visible in available footage.
