Overview
Gannon Sullivan joined U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) as a Deportation Officer in November 2025. Prior to joining ICE, he served for several years as a Deputy Sheriff with the City of Fredericksburg Sheriff’s Office in Virginia, a role he held on a part-time basis while also working in federal service.
From April 2022 until November 2025, Sullivan worked as a Field Training Officer and Police Officer with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), where he received certifications in crisis intervention training and protective services operations. His transition to ICE occurred directly following his departure from FEMA.
