A short recorded clip shows two uniformed, tactical-gear-wearing agents engaged in a roadside detention. The incident takes place next to a work truck parked near the Culver’s on Northridge Avenue and North Bolingbrook Drive.
One agent stands at the passenger-side window, speaking to the landscaper inside the vehicle. The agent is wearing sunglasses and a plate carrier with equipment clipped on. A second agent is partially visible off-frame but confirmed by the witness.
No enforcement vehicle appears in the footage. The visible agent has a large upper-arm tattoo partially covered by a newer tattoo; the underlying shape is still faintly visible but cannot be conclusively interpreted from the footage.
The landscaper hands over documents, and the witness states the person was detained. The video does not show the removal or transport vehicle.
